GREETINGS GALLERY FRIENDS!
Welcome to our first online newsletter! My hope is to keep you abreast of gallery happenings now and then.
We have a most exciting and unique exhibit for the month of December at Sharon Weiss Gallery. Judge George Leach will be exhibiting his wonderful paintings inspired by original slides of the beloved Ohio artist Leslie Cope from Roseville Ohio. Each painting will have a corresponding light box with the original reference photo slide for the viewer to enjoy. A must see exhibit for all Ohio art enthusiasts.
I also want to welcome two new artists to our existing group of incredibly talented artists. Welcome Mariam Baranov and Antonio Gonzalez!
24 Lincoln
The “Little Blue House” next to the gallery is now not only 4 art studios but a space totally dedicated to women artists, called Gallery II. Of course men are always welome!
24 Lincoln Street Art Studios and Gallery II will feature small paintings for the month of December. This will be the third annual Holiday Miniatures Exhibit for the art studios. A wonderful tradition! Please stop by the Holiday Gallery Hop (December 3rd) to see this annual show.
12 Lincoln
12 Lincoln continues to exhibit paintings, artful gifts and books. We are proud of our collaboration with Cover to Cover Children’s Bookstore located on Arlington Avenue in Upper Arlington. Beginning in November, 12 Lincoln will be featuring Elk Designs, a lovely line of handmade jewelry by my granddaughter Evelyn. Evelyn selects beautiful beads to make her necklaces, bracelets and earrings. I can’t wait for you to see them.
Artful Living in Ohio
And speaking of artful, I do hope you will check out the Artful Living in Ohio videos on YouTube and the homepage of the gallery website. I am so excited about these tours. I am proud to be sharing with you the homes and gardens of exceptionally creative individuals I have met over the years.
